How It Works

From your inquiry to the day your piece arrives, here is every step, in order. Each piece is made by hand by the two of us, Jeo and Wes.

1. 01

   Send us an inquiry

   Tell us the date your flowers will arrive, what you have, and which piece you're drawn to. Nothing is booked and nothing is paid yet.

2. 02

   We confirm your date

   We check that your arrival month has space and reply by email within 2 business days. Each month has a limited number of spots.

3. 03

   Read What to Expect and book

   We send you What to Expect and our Booking Policy. Once you've read them, a $150 deposit reserves your spot and goes toward your finished piece.

4. 04

   Send your flowers

   Ship your bouquet within 24 to 48 hours after your event, packed the way Sending Your Flowers shows, or drop it off at our studio if you're nearby. We send our studio address once your date is reserved.

5. 05

   We photograph what arrives

   We email you photos of your flowers and their condition. The balance is due within 5 days after we confirm they've arrived, and drying begins right away.

6. 06

   Design preview

   For larger pieces, we send a photo of the planned layout before any resin is poured, so you can approve it or ask for small changes.

7. 07

   Pouring, curing and finishing

   Your flowers are set in resin by hand, in layers, then cured and finished.

8. 08

   Your piece comes home

   We confirm your address before anything ships, then send it insured, with tracking. Live nearby? Tell us when we confirm your address, and we can arrange a pickup instead.

How long it takes

• Flowers received before December 1, 2026: about 8 to 10 months. We dry and store your flowers over the winter and begin casting in June 2027.
• Flowers received from June 2027: about 6 to 8 months.
