Jeostyle ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide through our inquiry form or email signup: name, email address, and, if you choose, phone number.
• Order details: event date, shipping address, and information about the flowers you send.
• Photos of your flowers and finished pieces.
• Payment information is processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
• Basic website usage data, such as which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and their approximate location (country, and with Google Analytics the city). We measure this with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies except for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland. Neither is used for advertising.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, manage and ship your order, and send updates about it. If you opt in, we also send occasional emails about openings and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Photos

We may share photos of finished pieces on our website and social media only with your permission.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services needed to run our business, such as payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery.
