How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order and ships in 1–2 weeks. Floral preservation pieces take 8–12 weeks from the day your flowers arrive, and large wedding favor orders are best placed 6–8 weeks before your date.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but never identical — and that’s the point. We use real pressed flowers and hand-poured pigment, so every piece varies a little in bloom placement and color movement. Your piece is one of a kind.
Do you take returns?
Custom and personalized pieces (names, initials, custom colors, preservation work) are final sale — they’re made just for you. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll make it right; see the shipping policy below.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll replace it. Email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll get a replacement into the next pour.
Can I order a custom color or design?
Yes — that’s most of what we do. Use the inquiry form on the Weddings & Custom page and tell us the colors and flowers you have in mind.
Where else can I buy your work?
We sell live on Whatnot streams, at markets around Sullivan County, and soon on Etsy. This site is always the full catalog.
Shipping & returns
- Made to order — allow 1–2 weeks before your piece ships.
- No returns on custom or personalized items. They're poured for you and wouldn't make sense on anyone else's table.
- Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace the piece.
Caring for resin
- Heat
- Coasters are heat-safe to about 120°F — a hot coffee mug is fine, a pan off the stove is not. Trays are for serving, not for hot cookware.
- Cleaning
- No dishwasher, ever. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then dry. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh cleaners.
- Sunlight
- Keep resin out of direct sun. Prolonged UV exposure can yellow resin and fade the pressed flowers inside.
